Secure Certificateless Public Key Encryption without Redundancy

چکیده
Certificateless public key cryptography was introduced to solve the key escrow problem in identity based cryptography while enjoying the most attractive certificateless property. In this paper, we present the first secure certificateless public key encryption (CLPKE) scheme without redundancy. Our construction provides optimal bandwidth and quite efficient decryption process compared with the existing CLPKE schemes. It is provably secure against adaptive chosen ciphertext attacks in the random oracle model under a slightly stronger assumption. keywords: certificateless public key encryption, redundancy, short ciphertext, bilinear pairing, random oracle.

An Efficient Confidentiality Preserving Scheme Using Certificateless Encryption with High Trust Level
Certificateless public key cryptography with bilinear pairing needs costly operations, which is not appropriate for a practical application. In this paper, we present a certificateless public key encryption scheme without bilinear pairing. This encryption scheme achieves Girault’s trust Level 3 as in traditional public key infrastructure based cryptography, and which is proved to be secure in t...
متن کاملChosen-Ciphertext Secure Certificateless Proxy Re-Encryption
In this paper we introduce the notion of certificateless proxy re-encryption and also give precise definitions for secure certificateless proxy re-encryption schemes. We present a concrete scheme based on bilinear pairing, which enjoys the advantages of certificateless public key cryptography while providing the functionalities of proxy re-encryption. Moreover, the proposed scheme is unidirecti...
متن کاملExtensions of Public-Key, Identity-Based and Certificateless Encryption Schemes
In this work, we first study extensions and applications of the identity-based encryption (IBE) primitive, focusing on generic constructions. We first define what is meant by an identity-based key encapsulation mechanism before extending it to the multi-recipient setting. We then propose an efficient multi-recipient scheme based on bilinear maps and then move on to investigate the properties of...
متن کاملSelf-Generated-Certificate Public Key Cryptography and Certificateless Signature / Encryption Scheme in the Standard Model
Certificateless Public Key Cryptography (CL-PKC) enjoys a number of features of Identity-Based Cryptography (IBC) while without having the problem of key escrow. However, it does suffer to an attack where the adversary, Carol, replaces Alice’s public key by someone’s public key so that Bob, who wants to send an encrypted message to Alice, uses Alice’s identity and other’s public key as the inpu...
متن کاملGeneric Certificateless Key Encapsulation Mechanism
We propose the first generic construction of certificateless key encapsulation mechanism (CL-KEM) in the standard model, which is also secure against malicious-but-passive KGC attacks. It is based on an ID-based KEM, a public key encryption and a message authentication code. The high efficiency of our construction is due to the efficient implementations of these underlying building blocks, and ...
